The <br />existing building will be demolished and replaced with a new, larger building that will <br />house two air scour blowers along with associated electrical equipment and controls, <br />which will provide operational improvements and redundancy. <br />Bids were opened on July 16, 2024, and four (4) bid proposals were received for the <br />proposed demolition project. IMCO General Construction, Inc. was the lowest <br />responsive and responsible bidder at a price of $948,290.00.
