Discussion ensued with Melinda and Mike <br />Schmieder, Transit, answering Council questions. <br /> <br />There were no members of the public who wished to speak. <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Rhyne, seconded by Council Member Zarlingo, to close the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br /> <br />Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council Member Fosse who was <br />excused. <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION: <br /> <br />The City Council recessed for an executive session at 8:00 p.m., began the executive session at <br />8:02 p.m. The executive session ended at 8:07 p.m. and Council reconvened at 8:07 p.m. <br /> <br />SETTLEMENT – VEHICLE COLLISION
