COMPLETE IF USING INFILTRATION (2A or 2B) TO MEET FLOW
CONTROL REQUIREMENT
Determine whether infiltration has been pre-determined to be infeasible for any portion of your
project site.
• Review the infiltration infeasibility mapping tool available on"Map Everett"
geverettwa.gov/mapeverett.
■ On the mapping tool,select"Geotech n ical/Infiltration Infeasibility Area"and the
applicable"Property"layers from the Layer List.
■_ Zoom into your project site and print the resulting map to show the project site
boundaries and the infiltration infeasibility mapping results.
■ Areas mapped as red have been pre-determined to be infeasible for infiltration.
• Areas mapped as green are potentially feasible for infiltration and must be
assessed further for infiltration feasibility,as discussed further below.
■ Attach a printed copy of the map clearly showing your project site boundary and the
infiltration infeasibility mapping results.
* If you selected Downspout Full Infiltration (2A),submit I and 2 below.
If you selected Rain Garden/Bioretention (2B), on-site soils information for sizing is
required from I through 3 below.
Submit the following information to Permit Services with this report:
I. A USDA Custom Soil Report from https://websoilsurvey.sc.egov.usda.gov
2. USDA Soil Type(s)=
3. Measured Infiltration Rate= in/hr, measured at BMP location on-site. Use Rain Garden
Handbook methodology for infiltration test.
City of Everett Public Works
Small Project Stormwater Site Plan Report for Projects in 16
the Combined Sewer Area-September 2022
