1 O'P INANCE NO. 2O30"`� An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Alley in Block 625, Plat of Everett by grading to proper grade, construction 1 I' of a Portland Cement Concrete Pavement 24 ft wide, installation of 2 1 necessary drainage and doing all other work necessary to make a 3 complete improvement; also by the complete construction of a 10" 4 sewer and all its necessary appurtenances from the M.H.South of 5 California to the South line of Everett Avenue and doing all 6 other work necessary in connection therewith to make a complete 7 improvement, creating an assessment district, - creating a Local 8 I Improvement District Fund therefor, and providing that payment for 9 I said improvement be made by special assessment on the property in 10 I said District under the mode of payment by bonds, 11 Whereas, a majority petition of the property owners, 12 said f. with for improvement, has heretofore been filed 131 the Commissioner of Public Works and said Commissioner has found 141 the things set forth in said petition to be true, and, 15 Whereas, said Commissioner of Public Works has filed 16 1 with the City Council all data rind information as required by law, j 17 ' and, 18 I Whereas, said Commissioner of Public ';Works has 1 19 recommended to the City Council that said improvement petitioned 20 for be made, and it appearing to the City Council that public 21 convenience and necessity requires such improvement to be made, 22 now therefore. 23 THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES O1WAII' 24 Section 1 : That the alley in Block 625, Plat of 25 Everett be improved by grading to prober grade, construction of a 26 Portland Cement Concrete Pavement, 24 ft wide, installation of 27 necessary drainage and doing all other work necessary to make a 28 complete improvement,: also by the complete construction of a 10" 29 30 31 -1..
