<br /> <br /> <br />2024 ORDINANCE: Phil Johnson Ballfields Playground Renovation Page 1 of 2 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. ________ <br /> <br />An ORDINANCE closing a special improvement project entitled “Phil Johnson Ballfields Playground <br />Renovation”, Fund 354, Program 089, as established by Ordinance No. 3968-23. <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />A. The Parks special improvement project “Phil Johnson Ballfields Playground Renovation”, Fund <br />354, Program 089, was established to accumulate all costs for the improvement project. <br /> <br />B. The purpose of the special improvement project has been accomplished. <br /> <br />C. There are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor uncollected revenues to be <br />received. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the project entitled “Phil Johnson Ballfields Playground Renovation”, Fund 354, Program <br />089, be closed. <br /> <br />Section 2. That the final revenues and expenses for the “Phil Johnson Ballfields Playground <br />Renovation”, Fund 354, Program 089, are as follows: <br /> <br />REVENUES <br />Fund 354 – CIP 3 $335,000 <br />Don Schwab ARPA $ 25,000 <br />Total $360,000 <br /> <br />EXPENSES <br />Construction $350,916 <br />Transfer Out – to CIP 3 $ 9,084 <br />Total $360,000 <br /> <br />Section 3. That the remaining balance of $9,084 be transferred to CIP 3. <br />
