Mineral aggregate shall meet the same requirements <br />35 as the aggregates used in HMA Class ‰, PG 64-22. <br />36 <br />37 Tack coat shall be emulsified asphalt grade CSS-1 as specified in Section 9-02 of the <br />38 Standard Specifications. <br />39 <br />40 Cement concrete for pavement patching shall be Class 4000, HES. Curing time for Class <br />41 4000 HES concrete shall be 5 days. <br />42 <br />43 Crushed surfacing top course used for pavement patching shall conform to the <br />44 requirements of Section 9-03.9(3) of the Standard Specifications. <br />45 <br />46 <br />47 5-06.3 Construction Requirements <br />48
