The Plan shall specifically indicate methods for <br />19 minimizing runoff during the construction. The Plan shall also discuss measures taken to <br />20 minimize time lapse between the removal of existing curbs, sidewalk, pavement, and the <br />21 installation of the new ones. <br />22 <br />23 No separate measurement or payment will be made for providing and maintaining the written <br />24 TESC Plan.
