CITY OF EVERETT WEST MARINE VIEW DRIVE/ALVERSON AND 41 ST ST/GRAND AVE <br />PEDESTRIAN IMPROVEMENTS <br />STATE FUND# HLP-PB15(032) <br />WO #3630 July 25, 2024 <br />94 <br />1 (a) A dry free-flowing granular fertilizer suitable for application by agricultural <br />2 fertilizer spreader. <br />3 <br />4 (b) A soluble fertilizer ground to a fineness that will permit complete suspension <br />5 of insoluble particles in water, suitable for application by power sprayer. <br />6 <br />7 (c) A granular or pelleted fertilizer, suitable for application by blower <br />8 equipment. <br />9 <br />10 (d) A nonvolatile liquid fertilizer. <br />11 <br />12 Fertilizer shall be standard commercial grade of formulation. Fifty percent of the <br />13 nitrogen shall be derived from 38% ureaformaldehyde and apply at the rate of 12 <br />14 pounds per 1000 square feet. <br />15 <br />16 COE 8-01 MULCH.rtf <br />17 8-01.3(2)D Mulching <br />18 Section 8-01.3(2)D shall be supplemented with the following: <br />19 <br />20 (******) <br />21 <br />22 Wood cellulose fiber mulch shall be specially processed wood fiber containing no growth or <br />23 germination inhibiting factors, and shall be dyed a suitable color to facilitate inspection of the <br />24 placement of the material. It shall be manufactured in such manner that after addition and <br />25 agitation in slurry tanks with water, the fibers in the material will become uniformly suspended <br />26 to form a homogeneous slurry.
