The Contractor shall not <br />26 conceal any work until the required information is recorded. <br />27 <br />28 This Record Drawing set shall be used for this purpose alone, shall be kept separate from <br />29 other Plan sheets, and shall be clearly marked as Record Drawings. These Record <br />30 Drawings shall be kept on site at the Contractors field office, and shall be available for <br />31 review by the Contracting Agency at all times. The Contractor shall bring the Record <br />32 Drawings to each progress meeting for review. <br />33 <br />34 The preparation and upkeep of the Record Drawings is to be the assigned responsibility <br />35 of a single, experienced, and qualified individual. The quality of the Record Drawings, in <br />36 terms of accuracy, clarity, and completeness, is to be adequate to allow the Contracting <br />37 Agency to modify the computer-aided drafting (CAD) Contract Drawings to produce a <br />38 complete set of Record Drawings for the Contracting Agency without further investigative <br />39 effort by the Contracting Agency. <br />40 <br />41 The Record Drawing markups shall document all changes in the Work, both concealed <br />42 and visible. Items that must be shown on the markups include but are not limited to: <br />43 <br />44 •Actual dimensions, arrangement, and materials used when different than shown in <br />45 the Plans. <br />46 •Changes made by Change Order or Field Order. <br />47 •Changes made by the Contractor. <br />48 •Accurate locations of storm sewer, sanitary sewer, water mains and other water <br />49 appurtenances, structures, conduits, light standards, vaults, width of roadways, <br />50 sidewalks, landscaping areas, building footprints, channelization and pavement
