If the work involves the <br />7 transport of pollutants, the automobile liability policy shall include MCS 90 and CA 99 48 <br />8 endorsements. <br />9 <br />10 Such policy must provide the following minimum limit: <br />11 $1,000,000 Combined single limit each accident <br />12 <br />13 1-07.18(5)C Workers Compensation <br />14 The Contractor shall comply with Workers Compensation coverage as required by the <br />15 Industrial Insurance laws of the State of Washington. <br />16 <br />17 COE 1-07.18(5)D.RTF <br />18 1-07.18(5)D Excess or Umbrella Liability <br />19 (January 4, 2016 APWA GSP) <br />20 <br />21 The Contractor shall provide Excess or Umbrella Liability insurance with limits of not less than <br />22 *** Two *** million each occurrence and annual aggregate. This excess or umbrella liability <br />23 coverage shall be excess over and as least as broad in coverage as the Contractors <br />24 Commercial General and Auto Liability insurance <br />25 <br />26 All entities listed under 1-07.18(2) of these Special Provisions shall be named as additional <br />27 insureds on the Contractors Excess or Umbrella Liability insurance policy. <br />28 <br />29 This requirement may be satisfied instead through the Contractors primary Commercial <br />30 General and Automobile Liability coverages, or any combination thereof that achieves the <br />31 overall required limits of insurance. <br />32 <br />33 COE 1-07.18(5)J.RTF <br />34 1-07.18(5)J Pollution Liability <br />35 (January 4, 2016 APWA GSP) <br />36 <br />37 The Contractor shall provide a Contractors Pollution Liability policy, providing coverage for <br />38 claims involving bodily injury, property damage (including loss of use of tangible property that <br />39 has not been physically injured), cleanup costs, remediation, disposal or other handling of <br />40 pollutants, including costs and expenses incurred in the investigation, defense, or settlement <br />41 of claims, arising out of any one or more of the following: <br />42 1. Contractors operations related to this project. <br />43 2. Remediation, abatement, repair, maintenance or other work with lead-based paint or <br />44 materials containing asbestos. <br />45 3. Transportation of hazardous materials away from any site related to this project. <br />46 <br />47 All entities listed under 1-07.18(2) of these Special Provisions shall be named by <br />48 endorsement as additional insureds on the Contractors Pollution Liability insurance policy. <br />49 <br />50 Such Pollution Liability policy shall provide the following minimum limits: <br />51 *** $2,000,000 *** each loss and annual aggregate <br />52
