Police Pension Board Minutes <br />City Of Everett <br />August 21, 2024 <br />1 <br />The regular meeting of the Police Pension Board was called to order at 9:00 a.m. on August 21, <br />2024. Board Members Schwab, Neighbors, Jorve, Poon, and Thiessen were in attendance. Board <br />Members Franklin and Sebald were excused. Board Attorney David Hall; Kandy Bartlett and Chelsi <br />Bardwell; Human Resources; Rick Gray, Finance were also in attendance. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />The minutes of the meeting of July 17, 2024, were approved. <br />BILLS AND PENSION ROLLS <br />PENSION ROLL <br />Budgeted Amount $504,000.00 <br />June 2024 $38,522.70 <br />Remaining budget $244,466.52 48.51% <br />MEDICAL CLAIMS <br />Budgeted amount $1,288,000.00 <br />June 2024 $137,019.90 <br />June 2024 HMA fees $10,398.64 <br />Remaining budget $610,059.79 47.36% <br />Moved by Thiessen, seconded by Neighbors, to approve the pension rolls and medical claims <br />as presented. <br />Roll was called with all members voting yes, except Board Members Franklin and Sebald who <br />were excused. <br />Motion carried. <br />ACTION ITEMS: <br />RBC ACCOUNT <br />Moved by Board Member Thiessen, seconded by Board Member Neighbors, to authorize the <br />removal of Susy Haugen, Finance Director (Retired), Sharon Fuller, City Clerk (Retired), Andy
