Police Pension Board Minutes <br />City Of Everett <br />August 21, 2024 <br />2 <br />Lee, Accounting Manager (Retired) from the RBC Account and add Heide Brillantes, Finance <br />Director, Marista Jorve, City Clerk, and Wai Poon, Treasurer to the RBC Account. <br />Roll was called with all members voting yes, except Board Members Franklin and Sebald who <br />were excused. <br />Motion carried. <br />Discussion ensued regarding move-in costs for long-term care and the motion for approval of <br />move-in costs from the 7/17/2024 meeting. <br />Member #107 Reimbursement request for expenses incurred at Luther Park <br />Assisted living in the amount of $4071.77. <br />Moved by Board Member Neighbors, seconded by Board Member Schwab, to approve <br />expenses incurred at Luther Park in the amount of $4071.77, which excludes move-in costs <br />from the original request. <br />Roll was called with all members voting yes, except Board Members Franklin and Sebald who <br />were excused. <br />Motion carried. <br />The Board will discuss move-in costs in the future following additional research. <br />The Board meeting adjourned at 9:13 a.m. <br />_____________________________ <br /> Marista Jorve, Board Secretary
