Fire Pension Board Minutes <br />City Of Everett <br />August 21, 2024 <br />1 <br />The regular meeting of the Fire Pension Board was called to order at 9:30 a.m. on August 21, <br />2024. Board Members Neyens, Schwab, Huglen, and Jorve were present. Board Members <br />Franklin and Vitalich were excused. Board Attorney David Hall; Chelsi Bardwell, Human <br />Resources; and Richard Gray and Wai Poon, Finance were also present. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />The minutes of the meeting of July 17, 2024, were approved. <br />BILLS AND PENSION ROLLS <br />PENSION ROLL <br />Budgeted Amount $720,000.00 <br />June 2024 $56,886.76 <br />Remaining budget $335,079.03 46.54% <br />MEDICAL CLAIMS <br />Budgeted amount $1,792,000.00 <br />June 2024 $89,672.84 <br />June 2024 HMA fees $14,088.48 <br />Remaining budget $995,369.37 55.55% <br />Moved by Jorve, seconded by Schwab, to approve the pension rolls as presented. <br />Roll was called with all members voting yes, except Board Members Franklin and Vitalich who <br />were excused. <br />Motion carried. <br />Moved by Schwab, seconded by Huglen, to approve the medical claims as presented. <br />Roll was called with all members voting yes, except Board Members Franklin and Vitalich who <br />were excused. <br />Motion carried.
