Fire Pension Board Minutes <br />City Of Everett <br />August 21, 2024 <br />2 <br />ACTION ITEM <br />RBC ACCOUNT <br />Moved by Schwab, seconded by Huglen, to authorize the removal of Susy Haugen, Finance <br />Director (Retired), Sharon Fuller, City Clerk (Retired), Andy Lee, Accounting Manager (Retired) <br />from the RBC Account and add Heide Brillantes, Finance Director, Marista Jorve, City Clerk, and <br />Wai Poon, Treasurer to the RBC Account. <br />Roll was called with all members voting yes, except Board Members Franklin and Vitalich who <br />were excused. <br />Motion carried. <br />OTHER: <br />Discussion ensued regarding move-in costs for long-term care, Medicare/HMA issues, HIPAA <br />rules, and pre-LEOFF checks. <br />The Board meeting adjourned at 9:53 a.m. <br />_____________________________ <br /> Marista Jorve, Board Secretary
