18TH STREET PEDESTRIAN IMPROVEMENTS 3741 RMT July 03, 2024 36 1 2 DIVISION2.GR2 3 Division 2 4 Earthwork 5 6 2-01.GR2 7 Clearing, Grubbing, and Roadside Cleanup 8 9 2-01.1.GR2 10 Description 11 12 2-01.1.INST1.GR2 13 Section 2-01.1 is supplemented with the following: 14 15 F2-01.1.OPT1.FR2.docx 16 (March 13, 1995) 17 Clearing and grubbing on this project shall be performed within the following limits: 18 19 *** 20 Limits adjacent to new sidewalk, as shown on the plans. 21 Arborvitae hedge 10’ +/- at 1731 Walnut to be removed. 22 *** 23 24 25 GKK 2-02 sawcut bid item.RTF 26 2-02.5 Payment 27 28 Section 2-02.5 is supplemented with the following: 29 30 (******) 31 32 “Sawcut”, per linear foot. 33 34 Saw-cutting shall be performed in accordance with Sections 2-02.3(3). 35 36 Measurement for saw-cutting will be per linear foot along the true length of the surface 37 cut. 38 39 The unit price per linear foot for the final saw-cutting of asphalt pavement, up to 8.5-inch 40 thickness, shall be full pay for all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to 41 satisfactorily complete the Work as specified in Section 2-02.3(3) of the Standard 42 Specifications and disposal of cuttings slurry, including vacuum collection. 43 44 All labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to disposal of cuttings slurry, including 45 vacuum collection, shall be included in the Contract Unit Price. 46 47 48
