<br />Exhibit A (Scope of Work) <br />manage case to successful outcomes, including sustainable stabilit y <br />and community responsibility; develop goals, promote personal <br />responsibility for recovery. <br />• May provide other client support services as necessary and appropriate. <br />This might include helping coordinate with participants and possibly their <br />families to identify services and activities that promote recovery and lead <br />to increased meaning and purpose. <br />• Assisting with any authorizations for services and follow-up billing. <br />Maintain spending logs and information to ensure that all expenditures <br />are within contract guidelines and budgetary constraints. Provide <br />routine updates to court related to rate of expenditure and remaining <br />funds. <br />• Updates and maintains data, as is available to the clinical team, for <br />required funder and Court reporting. <br />• May provide other supportive services to the court as requested by the <br />Presiding Judge. <br />Program Supervision The TCPM/Social and Community Services Director are <br />responsible for: <br />• Providing oversight of the SUD Court Program and ensuring compliance to <br />program guidelines and best practices. <br />• Assisting the Court in providing pertinent information needed for <br />quarterly funder reporting. <br />• Supervise the SUDP and TCCM and fill in as necessary. <br />• Oversight of the program including appropriate quality and compliance <br />reviews <br />• Meeting with the team members regularly to problem solve any issues, <br />provide backup as needed, assist with treatment planning, and ensure <br />that the quality of the program and plans are maintained. <br /> <br />III. Reporting <br /> <br />Service Provider shall assist the Everett Municipal Court with quarterly reports to <br />the <br />Washington State Administrative Office of the Courts (“AOC”) documenting the <br />progress of the therapeutic court program. These reports shall provide the <br />necessary information for <br />• The number of program participants (therapeutic court referrals, <br />entries, opt in agreements, active participants, terminations, and <br />graduations) for the corresponding quarter. <br />• The services provided to program participants for the corresponding <br />quarter. <br />• Challenges faced by the Court and Service Provider in operating their <br />therapeutic court program during the corresponding quarter. <br />
