14.14. Restrictions Severable. Each of the provisions hereof shall be deemed independent and <br />severable, and the invalidity or partial inval dity of any provision or portion thereof shall not affect the <br />validity or enforceability of any other provision. <br />14.15. Interpretation. In construing this Master Declaration, it is understood that if the context so <br />requires the singular pronoun shall be taken to mean and include the plural, the masculine, the feminine and <br />the neuter, and that generally all grammatical changes shall be made, assumed and implied to make the <br />provisions hereof apply generally to one or more indiv duals and/or corporations, limited liability <br />companies and partnerships. All captions and Section headings used herein are mtended solely for <br />convenience of reference and shall in no way limit any of the provisions of this Master Declaration. Any <br />use of the tell]] "including" shall mean "including but not 1i rated to.' <br />14.16. City as Third -Party Beneficiary. The City shall be a third -party beneficiary with respect to <br />all provisions of this Master Declaration referencing the City or giving it approval rights or referencing <br />assessments for obligations pertaining to the Lh1A or pertaining to other agreements to which the Master <br />Association and the City are parties, including without limitation the assessments in Section 6.220x), (xii) <br />and (xiii) hereof and the insurance requirements of Section 4 hereof, which Section 4 iequirements reflect <br />the Master Association's obligations to be responsible for the cost of maintaining insurance coverage <br />required pursuant to Section 13.3.3 of the L►-,,IA <br />[Remainder of page left blank; signature page(s) follows.] <br />28 <br />4864-8276-8240, v. 14 <br />
