This Notice of Violation and <br />Order to Correct ("Notice and Order" or "Notice") is issued and enforceable under the authority of <br />Chapter 1.20 EMC and other applicable Code sections. <br />DATE OF ISSUANCE: 2/1/2024 DATE OF VIOLATION: 1/30/2024 <br />RESPONSIBLE PERSON(S) CITED: (individually and jointly) <br />SKYLAR & DWI INGALLS <br />1027 WETMORE AVE <br />EVERETT, WA 98201-1551 <br />PROPERTY OWNER: <br />SKYLAR & DWI INGALLS <br />1027 WETMORE AVE <br />EVERETT, WA 98201-1551 <br />LOCATION OF THE VIOLATIONS: The Property is located at 1027 WETMORE AVE, Everett, Washington and <br />bears Snohomish County Parcel Number 00468621800200. <br />DESCRIPTION OF THE VIOLATIONS: The City has found the Responsible Person(s) to have committed, or <br />allowed to be committed, the following Code Violations at the Property: <br />After reviewing online listing photos of the property on January 30, 2024, revealing significant <br />modifications to the structure's exterior, main floor, and basement without permits. <br />o Alterations to the structure without permits, this is a violation of International Residential Code <br />(IRC) R105.1 and rendering the property Unlawful as defined by IPMC 108.1.4 and a violation of <br />IPMC 106.1, resulting in an unsafe structure as defined by IPMC 108.1.1, which reads: <br />1RC R105.1 Required. <br />Any owner or owner's authorized agent who intends to construct, enlarge, alter, repair, move, demolish <br />or change the occupancy of a building or structure, or to erect, install, enlarge, alter, repair, remove, <br />convert or replace any electrical, gas, mechanical or plumbing system, the installation of which is <br />regulated by this code, or to cause any such work to be performed, shall first make application to the <br />building official and obtain the required permit. <br />Notice and Order Page 1 of 4 <br />
