<br />Residential Lease Agreement Page 1 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />CARETAKER RESIDENTIAL LEASE AGREEMENT <br /> THIS CARETAKER RESIDENTIAL LEASE AGREEMENT (“Lease”) is entered into by Gilbert Tilley and <br />Julia Tilley (collectively “Tenant”) and the City of Everett, a Washington municipal corporation <br />(“Landlord”). The parties agree to the following terms and conditions: <br />S P E C I F I C T E R M S <br />1. DATE OF LEASE: October 1, 2024 <br />2. TENANT: Gilbert Tilley and Julia Tilley <br />3. PREMISES: HOUSE ADDRESS: 8811 Airport Road, Bldg. 100, Everett, WA 98204. This is <br />located on a portion of the real property legally described on attached <br />Exhibit A. <br />PREMISES DESCRIPTION: building with approximately 1500 square feet of <br />residential space and storage space, with parking space, as shown on <br />attached Exhibit A. <br />4. LEASE TERM: Term of approximately one year starting on 10/1/2024 and ending on <br />9/30/2025. <br />5. RENT: Rent Per Month: $ 2,000 (+ 12.84% Leasehold Tax = $256.80) <br />6. REFUNDABLE <br />SECURITY DEPOSIT: <br />None. <br />7. NONREFUNDABLE <br />CLEANING FEE: <br />$ 0 <br />8. APPLICATION / <br />SCREENING FEE <br />$ None <br />9. ADDRESS FOR RENT Treasurer <br />City of Everett <br />2930 Wetmore Avenue <br />Everett, WA 98201 <br /> <br />10. OTHER PROVISIONS Tenant will fulfill all caretaker duties stated in Exhibit D during the Lease <br />Term. The Rent in Section 5 of the Specific Terms is calculated in part based <br />on the value to the Landlord of Tenant’s caretaker duties. <br />Shed located on the Premises is property of the Tenant. <br />Landlord may terminate this Lease effective on 30 days written notice to <br />Tenant. If applicable law requires a longer notice period, then Landlord will <br />provide notice as required by law.
