Three police officers will be hired to backfill the positions of <br /> the experienced officers that will work at the schools during the school year. Everett Public Schools will pay the City <br /> of Everett$258,018 towards funding the officers in schools. A federal grant will provide funds in the amount of <br /> $375,000.
