EMS property taxes were estimated at$3,040,834 with a levy rate of$0.393/1000. The County Assessor <br /> notified the City that the actual AV growth was 7.2%bringing the preliminary AV to$7.183 billion. The levy rate for <br /> EMS property taxes was restored to the maximum upper limit at$0.43/1000.
