September 25, 2024 <br />2 <br /> <br />COUNCIL <br /> <br />Council Member Zarlingo spoke about his attendance at the Pinehurst - Beverly Park <br />neighborhood meeting. <br /> <br />Council Member Rhyne spoke about her attendance at the National League of Cities Human <br />Development Committee meeting, the Historical Commission meeting, and stated the Monte <br />Cristo Award nominations are open until Oct 13. <br /> <br />Council Member Bader spoke about his attendance at the Council of Neighborhoods meeting. <br /> <br />President Schwab spoke about his attendance at the View Ridge - Madison neighborhood <br />meeting. He also stated he would review committees and provide to Council. <br /> <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATION UPDATE <br /> <br />Government Affairs Director Jennifer Gregerson provide updates on the new affirmation art <br />installation, the upcoming Budget schedule, and ARPA allocations for neighborhoods. <br /> <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY <br /> <br />Deputy City Attorney Ramsey Ramerman had no comments. <br /> <br /> <br />CONSENT ITEMS: <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Zarlingo, seconded by Council Member Bader, to approve the <br />following consent items: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION - CLAIMS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 8074 authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of <br />$4,314,760.96 for the period ending September 7, 2024, through September 13, 2024. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION – PAYROLL CLAIMS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 8075 authorizing payroll claims against the City of Everett in the <br />amount of $5,549,246.86 for the period ending September 7, 2024. <br /> <br />JOB COMPLETE - 2022 PAVEMENT MAINTENANCE OVERLAY
