event that the City determines that the requirements of this subsection 1(f) are violated, <br />the City may disconnect the Property and remove the Replacement Transmission Line <br />Connection after ten (10) days prior written notice to Grantor. <br />g. No Guarantees of Continuous Service or Pressure. Water service at <br />the Replacement Transmission Line Connection is interruptible and may be temporarily <br />shut off at any time without notice to Grantor. Water pressure is not constant and may <br />be considerably more or less than is typical for residential service. The Grantor must <br />provide any necessary water storage, pressure reducing systems and plumbing systems. <br />The Grantor assumes all risks of water service arising from Grantor's connection to a <br />water transmission line. <br />In. Information/Inspection. The Grantor must provide information as <br />requested by the City regarding Grantor's service facilities. The Grantor hereby grants <br />the City an easement to enter the Property from time to time after reasonable notice to <br />Grantor to Inspect Grantor's service line(s) and backflow prevention device. <br />I. Required Disconnection. Because of the regional importance of <br />the water transmission line, the City may determine that R Is necessary to disconnect the <br />Property permanently from the water transmission line at the City's sole discretion. In <br />this case, the City will provide Grantor one-year prior written notice before the City <br />discontinues water service to Grantor and disconnects the Replacement Transmission <br />Line Connection. <br />b Chapters 246-290 and 246-292 of Washington Administrative Code <br />The requirements and limitations of this Covenant apply regardless of any system <br />classification under WAC 246-290-020 (or successor rules). In no event shall Grantor <br />operate a system subject to the rules of chapter 246-291 WAC (or successor rules) that <br />uses water from the Replacement Transmission Line Connection. <br />2. General Provisions. <br />a. Binding Effect. The rights and obligations of the Grantor under this <br />Covenant run with the land and Inure to the benefit of the City and the City's successors, <br />and are binding upon Grantor, Grantor's successors and assigns and each and every person <br />who at any time has any ownership interest in the Property. This Covenant will be recorded <br />against the Property. <br />b. Complete Agreement. This Covenant constitutes the entire <br />agreement of Grantor and the City relating to the subject matter of this Covenant. This <br />Covenant supersedes and replaces all other written or oral agreements thereto. <br />C. Amendment. No amendment to this Covenant will be effective <br />unless it is in writing and signed by Grantor and the City. <br />d. Waiver. No waiver of satisfaction of any condition or <br />nonperformance of an obligation under this Covenant will be effective unless if is in writing <br />Covenant and Agreementfor Re -Route and Water Ssrvfce Page4 <br />
