Valdez construction will provide equipment, labor and <br />materials (ABS Pipe, Band Clamps, 2- 50lb bags of concrete per hole and sand) to help install test equipment. <br />In the event that the time is less or grater than due to unforeseen condition the cost will be adjusted <br />accordingly.
