R/W <br /> 91 thence Northerly on a curve to the right following the E line of the <br /> C.M. & St. P. Ry R/W to its intersection with the north line of <br /> 10 (Canyon Lumber Company's tract in Gov lot 5-Sec.21-29-5; thence easterly <br /> and following the north line of said Canyon Lumber Company' s tract to <br /> 11 its intersection with the Gov Meander Line at a stone marked "A.M.I!' <br /> thence angle right 62 degrees 25' along Gov .meander line for 107.07 ft . <br /> 12 ', thence angle left three degrees for 550 ft; thence angle right 28 <br /> degrees for 350 ft to a stone marked "A" ; thence angle left 4 degrees <br /> 13 30 ' for 295 ft; thence angle right 33 degrees 18' for 100 ft; thence <br /> angle right 17 degrees 37' for 582.97 ft; thence angle right 13 degrees <br /> 14 for 222.03 feet; thence angle right 23 degrees 30' for 404.21 feet; <br /> thence angle right 1 degree 24' for 249.65 feet; thence continue <br /> 15 in a southwesterly direction along the S line of Blocks H.F. and <br /> Mitchell Land & Improvement Co' s 1st Additioi to lbrue point of <br /> 16 beginning. <br /> 17 That 5 % of the expense of said improvement shall be <br /> 18 borne by and assessed against the property within that portion of the <br /> 19 enlarged district known as the direct benefit district and described <br /> 20 as follows: <br /> 21 All of Lot 1. Blk 2 and Lot 1, ilk 3 Industrial <br /> Addition and all of Lots 1 to 22,inclusi ve, and the N 100 feet of <br /> 22 Lots 22 to 29 inclusive, and all of Lots 30 to 32 inclusive in Block <br /> "R" Mi tshell Land & Imp Colo 1st Addition; also that portion of Lots <br /> 23 33,34 and 35, Blk "R" Mitchell Land & Improvement Co's 1st Add 3 of <br /> the N.P. hy Co's right-of-way; also the N 20 feet of Lots 46 to 51 <br /> 24 inclusive , 81k "R", Mitchell Land & Improvement company' s 1st <br /> Addition. <br /> 25 <br /> That 95 ca of the expense of said improvement shall <br /> 26 <br /> be borne by and assessed against the remaining portion of said <br /> 27 <br /> enlarged district, known as the indirect benefit district. <br /> 28 <br /> 29 <br /> 30 <br /> 31 <br />
