in additional property specially benefitted by said improvement, <br /> and, <br /> Whereas, by Resolution No.2929 of the City of Everett, <br /> the City Council of the City of Everett has declared its intention <br /> to order a re-assessment for the improvement of the bridge leading <br /> from the East line of East Grand Avenue on Everett Avenue to the <br /> 3 <br /> East line of Railway Avenue by the removal of old lumber, replacing <br /> 4 <br /> caps, stringers, decking, side walks and hand rail and doing all <br /> 5 <br /> other work necessary in connection therewith to make a complete <br /> 6 <br /> improvement and also to bring into said district additional property <br /> 7 <br /> specially benefitted by said improvement, and <br /> 8 <br /> 9 Whereas, after due hearing on said Resolution of <br /> 10 Intention No.2929 no objections were made thereto , now therefore: <br /> 11 <br /> THE CI TY Of EVERETT DOES O DAI N: <br /> 12 <br /> 13 Section 1 : That a re-assessment be and the same is <br /> 14 hereby ordered for the improvement of the bridge leading from the <br /> 15 east line of East Grand Avenue on Everett Avenue to the East line <br /> 16 j of Railway Avenue by the removal of old lumber, replacing caps, <br /> 17 stringers, decking, side walks and hand rail and doing all other <br /> i8 work necessary in connection therewith to make a complete improvement <br /> 19 according to the plans and specifications prepared under the direr- <br /> 20 tion of the City Engineer and heretofore adopted and approved. <br /> 21 <br /> Section 2 : That the cowt and expense of such improve- <br /> 22 <br /> ment including all necessary incidental expenses shall be borne by <br /> 23 <br /> and assessed against the property included in the assessment district <br /> 24 <br /> herein created in accordance with law.
