We look forward to <br />working with you. <br />The scope of work, as we understand it, is to provide electrical and civil design for a 5-bus EV charger addition at a <br />new site at the corner of Hill Ave and 33rd Street in Everett. <br />ELECTRICAL DESIGN <br />Our proposed scope includes the following: <br />-Basis of Design Narrative <br />o Description of the new work <br />o Cut Sheets and list of proposed equipment <br />o Engineer cost estimate <br />-Drawings <br />o Plans showing new electrical infrastructure for EV Chargers <br />Conduit, conductors, handholes/vaults, electrical gear, chargers, etc <br />Trenching, concrete pads, patching (as required) <br />Load and fault current calculations <br />-Division 26 Specifications for new work <br />-Teleconferences for internal coordination and up to (2) on-site meetings throughout the design process (if <br />desired by Everett) <br />-Coordination with SnoPUD, including: <br />o Application for service <br />o Service point confirmation <br />o Required construction detailing <br />-Coordination with ChargePoint <br />CIVIL DESIGN and SURVEY <br />See attached proposal from AHBL for specific scope. <br />GEOTECHNICAL <br />See attached proposal from GeoResources for specific scope. <br />GENERAL ASSUMPTIONS AND EXCLUSIONS <br />Included is design in AUTOCAD (as applicable to the rest of the design team). We anticipate (3) official design <br />submittals: <br />Design Development (30%) – Major equipment layouts and product selections to ensure BCE and ET are on the <br />same page.
