Category 2: For official use only / disclosure permissible by law. <br />Scope of Work <br />Black Forest Mushrooms <br />City of Everett Tourism Promotion Campaign <br />1.Project Description <br />Black Forest Mushrooms will execute a tourism promotion program in partnership with the City <br />of Everett, focusing on increasing Everett's visibility as a culinary tourism destination. The <br />campaign aims to attract local day-trippers and overnight visitors by leveraging Everett’s <br />culinary strengths and fostering collaborations with local businesses. The initiative is designed <br />to increase foot traffic, boost brand recognition, and enhance overall engagement with the city’s <br />tourism offerings. <br />Key components of the promotion include: <br />•Digital Marketing Campaigns: Targeted advertisements on social media, search <br />engines, and tourism-related platforms. <br />•Collaborative Business Partnerships: Coordinated promotions with Everett-based <br />culinary businesses, such as restaurants, markets, and food producers. <br />•Public Relations: Strategic placements in culinary and travel publications to highlight <br />Everett’s appeal as a food destination. <br />•Visit Everett Collateral Distribution: Distribution of Visit Everett travel guides and other <br />marketing materials at Pike Place Market, seasonal farmers markets, and Black Forest <br />Mushrooms stores. <br />2.Project Goals <br />The campaign has the following goals: <br />•Raise awareness of Everett as a destination for culinary tourism. <br />•Foster brand partnerships between the City of Everett’s tourism brand, Visit Everett <br />and local businesses. <br />•Increase engagement and visitation from both local audiences and tourists. <br />•Strengthen Everett’s brand as a sustainable and vibrant tourism destination. <br />3.Deliverables <br />The following deliverables will be provided as part of this campaign: <br />•One-Year Marketing Campaign Plan: A strategic plan developed in partnership with <br />Visit Everett staff. <br />•Social Media Campaign: Targeted campaigns on social media platforms to highlight <br />Visit Everett and promote Everett as a culinary destination. <br />•Collaborative Marketing: Cross-promotional content between Black Forest Mushrooms <br />and Visit Everett. <br />•Media Relations: Black Forest Mushrooms will promote Everett’s culinary scene in <br />interactions with lifestyle and news media outlets, while highlighting Visit Everett. <br />•Distribution of Visit Everett Guides: Guides and marketing materials will be distributed <br />at Pike Place Market, seasonal farmers markets, and Black Forest Mushroom’s retail <br />stores. <br />•Quarterly Reports: Progress reports on key metrics, including reach, engagement, and <br />the overall impact on tourism.
