Timeline <br />The tourism promotion program will run from October 2024 through June 2025, allowing for <br />continuous engagement and growth in visibility. <br />•November 2024: Campaign strategy approval and Visit Everett guide distribution. <br />•Q4 2024: Social media placements, web content development, media relations, and a <br />progress meeting. <br />•Q1 2025: Continued social media placements, web content development, media <br />relations, and a progress meeting. <br />•Q2 2025: Final social media placements, web content development, media relations, <br />and a final progress meeting. <br />5.Payment Terms <br />The total project budget is $20,000, with the following payment schedule: <br />•50% ($10,000) due upon approval of the campaign strategy and confirmation of the <br />distribution of the Visit Everett Guide. <br />•25% ($5,000) due upon the launch of the social media campaign. <br />•20% ($4,000) due upon the launch of the web and media campaign. <br />•5% ($1,000) due upon completion of the campaign and submission of the final report.
