Exhibit A (Scope of Work) <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />Scope of Work: Everett Chamber of Commerce Establishment and Launch <br />Project Overview: <br />This scope outlines a comprehensive, phased approach for establishing and launching <br />the Everett Chamber of Commerce, focusing on its mission to serve Everett’s business <br />community. The Service Provider will work under contract with the City of Everett, and <br /> <br />PHASE 1: Planning and Formation <br /> <br />Management and Administration: <br />• The Service Provider will develop a detailed chamber implementation plan, <br />outlining activities, milestones, budget, timelines, and membership structure. <br />• The Service Provider will hold bi-weekly meetings with the City of Everett’s <br />designated representative(s) to review progress, address challenges, and adjust <br />the plan as necessary. <br />Facilitation: <br />• The Service Provider will work with City staff to recruit and invite 6-8 members of <br />the business community to form an Everett Chamber Formation Committee. A <br />member of the City’s Community, Planning and Economic Development <br />Department and an Everett City Council member will serve as liaisons. The City <br />will approve the final composition of the Committee. <br />• The Service Provider will set the meeting schedule, handle all arrangements, and <br />provide meeting agendas. <br />• The Service Provider will document key contributions, agreements, and concerns <br />from the Committee and share them with City staff. <br />• The Service Provider will leverage the Committee's feedback to shape the <br />chamber’s plans, structure, strategies, and fiscal sustainability. <br />Board Development: <br />• The Service Provider will identify potential founding board members representing <br />a diverse cross-section of Everett’s business community. <br />• The Service Provider will draft board orientation materials and create an <br />onboarding agenda for initial board members. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
