2. License replacement for lost tags, two dollars. C. Facility License Fees. 1. Commercial kennel or cattery, twenty-five dollars; 2. Hobby/cattery kennel, ten dollars; 3. Private kennel or cattery, fifty dollars; 4. Livestock-Kennel. a. Horses, mules,jackasses, cattle, sheep, llamas, goats, swine, and all ratites, which includes, but is not limited to, emus and ostriches: four or less, five dollars each; more than four, twenty-five dollars total; b. Small animals: one dollar each; twenty-five dollars maximum; 5. Exotic, wild or dangerous animals; twenty-five dollars each. 6. Late renewal fee; twenty dollars. D. Service Fees. 1. Impoundment Fees. a. Dogs, not wearing current license: twenty dollars; b. Dogs, wearing current license: ten dollars; c. Livestock, (C)(4)(a) above: twenty-five dollars: d. Small livestock: three dollars; c. Spay/neuter deposit on intact dogs and cats: twenty dollars. 6. Euthanasia Fee a. Cats and small animals--fifteen dollars. b. Large dogs and animals(30+lbs.)--twenty dollars. 7. Fees imposed under this section include all applicable taxes.
