2. License replacement for lost tags, two dollars. <br /> C. Facility License Fees. <br /> 1. Commercial kennel or cattery, twenty-five dollars; <br /> 2. Hobby/cattery kennel, ten dollars; <br /> 3. Private kennel or cattery, fifty dollars; <br /> 4. Livestock-Kennel. <br /> a. Horses, mules,jackasses, cattle, sheep, llamas, goats, swine, and all ratites, <br /> which includes, but is not limited to, emus and ostriches: four or less, five dollars each; more than <br /> four, twenty-five dollars total; <br /> b. Small animals: one dollar each; twenty-five dollars maximum; <br /> 5. Exotic, wild or dangerous animals; twenty-five dollars each. <br /> 6. Late renewal fee; twenty dollars. <br /> D. Service Fees. <br /> 1. Impoundment Fees. <br /> a. Dogs, not wearing current license: twenty dollars; <br /> b. Dogs, wearing current license: ten dollars; <br /> c. Livestock, (C)(4)(a) above: twenty-five dollars: <br /> d. Livestock, (C)(4)(b)above: three dollars; <br /> e. Cats, not wearing current license: ten dollars; <br /> f. Owner-requested pick-up (dead animal): <br /> a. Cats and small animals: ten dollars; <br /> b. Large dogs(30+lbs): fifteen dollars. <br /> 4. Daily care per animal, per day, five dollars. <br /> 5. Sales of Animals. <br /> a. Cats and dogs: twenty dollars; <br /> b. Small livestock: three dollars; <br /> c. Spay/neuter deposit on intact dogs and cats: twenty dollars. <br /> 6. Euthanasia Fee <br /> a. Cats and small animals--fifteen dollars. <br /> b. Large dogs and animals(30+lbs.)--twenty dollars. <br /> 7. Fees imposed under this section include all applicable taxes. <br /> Section 9: Section 12 of Ordinance 1810-91 (EMC 6.04.120), which reads as follows: <br /> Exotic Animals. <br /> A. No person shall possess, breed, import, export, barter, buy, sell, or attempt to buy, or sell <br /> any of the following animals: <br /> 1. All nonhuman primates; <br /> 2.
