4. Livestock-Kennel. a. Horses, sheep, goats, cattle or mules: four or less, five dollars each; more than four, twenty-five dollars total; b. Small animals: one dollar each; twenty-five dollars maximum; 5. Exotic, wild or dangerous animals; twenty-five dollars each. E. Service Fees. 1. Impoundment Fees. a. Dogs, unlicensed: twenty dollars; b. Dogs, licensed: ten dollars; c. Livestock, (D)(4)(a) above: twenty-five dollars: d. Livestock, (D)(4)(b) above: three dollars; e. Cats, unlicensed: ten dollars; f. Cats, licensed: five dollars. 2. Owner-requested transport or pick-up (live animal), fifteen dollars. 3. Owner-requested pick-up (dead animal): a. Cats and small animals: ten dollars; b. Large dogs (30+ lbs): fifteen dollars. 4. Daily care per animal, per day, five dollars. 5. Sales of Animals. a. Spay/neuter deposit on intact dogs and cats: twenty dollars. is hereby amended to read as follows: Fee schedule. A. Annual license fee for dogs or cats shall be as follows: 1. Fertile Female or Male-Annual Fee. a. If licensed prior to March 2, twenty dollars; or within thirty days of licensability; b. If licensed after March 1st but prior to July 1st, twenty-five dollars; c. If licensed after June 30 and was not obligated to be licensed as of that date, the fee is ten dollars. Otherwise, the fee is twenty-five dollars. 2. Sexually Unreproductive. Lifetime, ten dollars. 3. Senior Citizen(sixty-five years or older) -Fertile Female or Male - Annual Fee. a.
