4. Livestock-Kennel. <br /> a. Horses, sheep, goats, cattle or mules: four or less, five dollars each; more <br /> than four, twenty-five dollars total; <br /> b. Small animals: one dollar each; twenty-five dollars maximum; <br /> 5. Exotic, wild or dangerous animals; twenty-five dollars each. <br /> E. Service Fees. <br /> 1. Impoundment Fees. <br /> a. Dogs, unlicensed: twenty dollars; <br /> b. Dogs, licensed: ten dollars; <br /> c. Livestock, (D)(4)(a) above: twenty-five dollars: <br /> d. Livestock, (D)(4)(b) above: three dollars; <br /> e. Annual license fee for dogs or cats shall be as follows: <br /> 1. Fertile Female or Male-Annual Fee. <br /> a. If licensed prior to March 2, twenty dollars; or within thirty days of <br /> licensability; <br /> b. If licensed after March 1st but prior to July 1st, twenty-five dollars; <br /> c. If licensed after June 30 and was not obligated to be licensed as of that <br /> date, the fee is ten dollars. Otherwise, the fee is twenty-five dollars. <br /> 2. Sexually Unreproductive. Lifetime, ten dollars. <br /> 3. Senior Citizen(sixty-five years or older) -Fertile Female or Male - Annual Fee. <br /> a. If licensed prior to March 2, five dollars; <br /> b. If licensed after March 1st, ten dollars. <br /> c. If licensed after June 30 and was not obligated to be licensed as of that <br /> date, the fee is two dollars and fifty cents. <br /> 4. Registered Working Dogs. No fee charged if the dog is registered with some <br /> agency for the purpose of helping the seeing- or hearing-impaired or helping the handicapped. <br /> B.
