In exchange for Owner's execution <br /> of a temporary construction easement in a form acceptable to the City in connection with the <br /> Project and in full settlement of any valuation disputes regarding such temporary easement,the <br /> City agrees as follows related to the Property: <br /> DESCRIPTION PAYMENT <br /> Engineering Consulting City will pay$657.71 to Owner for reimbursement of engineering <br /> consulting costs related to the Project. Payment due to Owner from <br /> City within 30 days after full execution of this Agreement. <br /> Foundation Survey City will conduct at the City's cost a foundation survey of Owner's <br /> house. The survey will be undertaken as described in the attached <br /> Exhibit A. The survey will be done by an engineer or surveyor of the <br /> City's choice, with such choice subject to Owner's pre-approval, <br /> which will not be unreasonably withheld. <br /> 1 <br />
