The fees quoted above for 2812 architecture are for the services as outlined. They are quoted as hourly not to exceed fees and will be billed based on the work completed at each monthly billing period and will be based on our hourly rates below. 2. Additional services beyond those outlined above will be billed at our standard hourly rates on an "as required" or "as requested by Owner" basis, in addition to the fees quoted. Should the need for additional services arise you will be notified prior to us proceeding with the work. 3. If additional consultants are needed, we will assist with obtaining such consultants.
