She also reminded citizens to keep an eye on their drains during rain <br />downpours. <br /> <br />President Schwab commented on street racing, red-light cameras, and the ongoing Boeing strike. <br />He also provided an update on the upcoming Committee schedules. <br /> <br />Several council members commented on the proposed budget and requested an update <br />regarding Compass Health in response to a public comment. <br /> <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATION UPDATE <br /> <br />Government Affairs Director Jennifer Gregerson provided an update on the Chamber of <br />Commerce formation. <br /> <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY <br /> <br />Deputy City Attorney Ramsey Ramerman had no comments. <br /> <br /> <br />CONSENT ITEMS: <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Zarlingo, seconded by Council Member Bader, to approve the <br />following consent items: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION - CLAIMS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 8082 authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of <br />$2,271,055.32 for the period ending September 28, 2024, through October 4, 2024. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT – BIOSOLIDS SETTLEMENT <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign the Biosolids Settlement Agreement with Silver Lake Water & <br />Sewer District, Alderwood Water & Wastewater District, and Mukilteo Water and Wastewater <br />District. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
