The comments below <br />must be addressed before a permit can be issued. These comments address building issues only. <br />Additional revisions or additions may be required by other departments including Public Works, <br />Planning, and Fire. <br />Code citations provided in the following review comments reference the Everett Municipal Code <br />(EMC), the 2018 International Building Code (IBC), the 2018 International Existing Building Code <br />(IEBC), 2018 the Washington State Energy Code (WSEC), and the 2018 International Mechanical <br />Code (IMC). Additional reference standards are listed in IBC Chapter 35. Amendments to the <br />adopted building codes by Washington Administrative Code (WAC) Title 51 are incorporated into <br />the referenced code citations. <br />In order for the processing of your application to continue, the following documentation shall be <br />submitted to the Building Division for review: <br />a. Itemized letter addressing the comments provided below. <br />b. Two complete sets of revised construction drawings. <br />Submittal documents shall contain sufficient information and detail to review the proposed project <br />for compliance with the adopted codes. Upon submittal of the revised documents, your application <br />will be given priority and plan reviews will recommence. <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
