Rfab <br />Safety Rules <br />/!\ WARNING: Always meet FDA Food Handling and Temperature Guidelines. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Before using the fryer it is important to read and understand <br />all the instructions and recommendations of this manual. <br />SAFETY <br />RULES: <br />1 <br />1. <br />Keep the area and the floor around the fryer clean. <br />2. <br />Do not overfill the fryer with oil. <br />3. <br />Never operate the filter system without oil in the system <br />4. <br />Never operate the filter system w/water in fryer pot: Warranty is VOID. <br />5. <br />Do not overload the fryer with food. <br />6. <br />Keep the casters locked, unless moving "COOL" fryer to clean floor. <br />7. <br />Be prepared in case of a fire, injuries or emergencies. <br />8. <br />Always turn the power off and unplug the fryer before cleaning or servicing. <br />9. <br />Never turn the fryer on if the back panel is not in place. <br />10. <br />At the end of the day, before closing, make sure that the fryers are OFF. <br />11. Certain surfaces of the fryer can be very hot. To prevent any burns, locate the fryer <br />in an area inaccessible to the public. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Great care must betaken when handling food products. <br />These following basic rules must be applied to prevent contamination. <br />HYGIENIC RULES: <br />1. Always wear a hair net where food is going to be handled. <br />2. Before handling food, always wash your hands with soap and water. The use of <br />plastic gloves is recommended. <br />3. Never touch food that has been cooked after you have handled uncooked food. <br />4. Always wash your hands before handling cooked food. <br />5. Be sure to use a clean and disinfected sink to clean and rinse food. <br />6. The food that has been cooked must be kept at a minimum internal temperature of <br />1400 <br />Page #7 <br />
