NEVER attempt to move <br />a fryer containing hot oil or to transfer hot oil from one container to another. <br />■ Turn off the Fryer before cleaning or performing any maintenance activity. Turn breaker off. <br />■ DO NOT wash down the unit's exterior with water from a spray hose. <br />■ Failure to comply with these DANGER notices can result in serious injury or death, <br />equipment or property damage and void the warranty. <br />2-� <br />■ Consult a qualified electrician to ensure that: <br />■ All electrical specification and code requirements are met. <br />■ Circuit breakers and wiring are of sufficient rating and gauge for this <br />equipment. <br />■ During installation, the unit must be properly grounded and must comply with all <br />electrical requirements. <br />■ Improper installation or adjustment, unauthorized alteration, or improper service and <br />maintenance could result in serious personal injury or death, equipment or property <br />damage, and void the warranty. <br />■ DO NOT use or store gasoline, other flammable liquids, or materials that release <br />flammable vapors in the vicinity of this or any other electrical appliance! <br />■ During cooking operations, the oil level MUST be maintained at the indicated <br />minimum level .If not maintained at that level the heating elements will be exposed <br />causing a possible oil fire. <br />■ Failure to comply with WARNING notices could result in serious personal injury or <br />death, equipment or property damage, and void the warranty. <br />Page #8 <br />
