Immediately inspect the unit for any freight damage. <br />If any damage is evident: <br />1. Retain the shipping carton. <br />2. Record damage with the truck driver on the bill of lading, or in <br />absence of the truck driver. TAKE PICTURES <br />3. Call the freight company at once to file a claim. <br />UNPACKING: <br />1. Open the fryer box by cutting the steel straps. <br />2. Remove the fryer from the wood skid. <br />3. Remove the box by pulling straight up on the cardboard. <br />4. Remove the wrapping material carefully. <br />5. Visually inspect the fryer.
