CLEANING VENTLESS HOOD <br />WEEKLY: <br />• Turn Breaker Off <br />• Remove Baffle <br />• Remove HEPA/Charcoal Filters <br />* • Using a damp soapy cloth, wipe entire inside of Ventless <br />Hood, up to and including fan cage. When cleaning the <br />blower cage be careful when cleaning the blade. <br />• Replace HEPA/Charcoal Filters <br />• Replace Baffle <br />• Turn Breaker On <br />WHEN CHANGE OUT OF HOOD FILTERS IS CALLED <br />FOR (YELLOW HOOD LIGHT IS BLINKING) 1 CA\/C <br />FRYER ON WHEN REPLACING FILTERS (HEPA & <br />CHARCOAL) WITH NEW SET. <br />* Not cleaning the ventless hood weekly may damage the blower <br />and void the warranty. <br />Page #21 <br />
