RI��r-50 Cleaning Paperless Filter and Filter Pan <br />Instructions: Paperless Filter <br />1. Scrape with crumb shovel entire filter pan to remove crumbs. <br />2. Perform manual filter. <br />3. Pull filter pan out to cool for 10 minutes <br />4. Remove paperless filter. <br />5. Plug hole in bottom of filter pan with paper towel. <br />6. Remove any remaining crumbs w/crumb shovel. <br />7. Wipe out any remaining crumbs with paper towels. <br />8. Wash, rinse, sanitize and air dry paperless filter. <br />9. Reassemble paperless filter, remove paper towel from drain hole, and place <br />the paperless filter in pan. <br />Instructions: Paper Filter <br />1. Remove filter paper and discard <br />6. Plug hole in bottom of filter pan with paper towel. <br />7. Remove any remaining crumbs w/crumb shovel. <br />8. Wipe out any remaining crumbs with paper towels. <br />9. Remove paper towels from drain hole <br />10. Reassemble with screen first and then new filter paper in pan <br />11. Replace hold down bracket <br />WEEKLY: <br />After step 7, place the filter pan in the sink. Wash down being careful not to <br />get water in drain hole in bottom of pan. Wipe down sides, bottom & casters. <br />Page #20 <br />
