Go to MENU Selection screen: Touch "DOWN ARROW" to scroll down to "Boil Out" menu. <br />Touch Menu description BOIL OUT <br />• Remove basket(s) and basket holder(s). <br />• Close Drain Valve. <br />• Fill pot with water to oil line. <br />• Menu Confirmation Screen appears: Displays Menu #, Description, Current Oil (WATER) Temperature, <br />Cooking Temperature (should be 200°), Cooking Time (should be 20 minutes): <br />-Touch "Start" <br />• Add Fryer Cleaner chemical per manufacturer's directions. <br />• Use pot brush to clean coils and sides of pot and to mix fryer cleaner into water. <br />• In 10 minutes THE FRYER SCREEN WILL TURN RED AND READ "STIR". CLEAN COILS AGAIN <br />AND ENTIRE INSIDES OF POT. <br />• At 19 minutes the alarm will sound showing 1 more minute left on Boil Out. <br />• At end of 20 minutes, END ALARM will sound, place a bucket under the drain hole in the center of pot. <br />(Shut fryer offl <br />• Open Drain Valve and dispose of water. <br />• Close drain valve and do vinegar rinse (IF REQUIRED): 1 cup vinegar to 1 gallon water. Rinse entire <br />interior using a clean cloth. Open drain valve and drain vinegar rinse into buckets and dispose of. <br />• Close drain valve and wipe inside of fry pot with paper towel to remove all water, including drain hole. <br />• Add oil, to oil level. <br />• Turn Fryer on. <br />• Proceed with menu selection and cooking. <br />Page #34 <br />
