TROUBLE SHOOTING <br />FOR ALL SERVICE RELATED PROBLEMS: <br />CALL 1-866-359-0808 <br />PROBLEM <br />PROBABLE CAUSE <br />REMEDY <br />POWER PROBLEM <br />POWER PROBLEM <br />POWER PROBLEM <br />Fryer will not turn on <br />✓ Not connected to Power <br />x Connect to Power Source* <br />No Power Light <br />Source <br />x Check Circuit Breaker* <br />NO POWER <br />x Replace Power Switch* <br />x RESET the High Limit Switch <br />LIFT MECHANISM <br />LIFT MECHANISM <br />LIFT MECHANISM <br />Basket Will Not Lift or go <br />✓ Power not on <br />x Turn Power Switch to the on Position <br />Down <br />Basket Is Wobbly ✓ Loose Basket Hanger x Tighten Basket Hanger <br />OIL WILL NOT PUMP ✓ Filter Pan not completely x Push Filter Pan under fryer to make pipe <br />BACK TO POT. PUMP under fryer (air leak) connection <br />MOTOR IS AUDIBLE. ✓ O-ring needs changed (air x Remove first o-ring on pipe from filter <br />leak) pan. Move one of the 3 o-rings forward to <br />replace the one discarded <br />PUMP MOTOR IS NOT ✓ Check temperature of oil. x Oil MUST BE a MINIMUM of 130° F <br />AUDIBLE. <br />✓ Breading Clog Ix Connect Discharge and Pump Oil Back <br />into pot which may Dislodge the Clog <br />✓ Valve in Discharge position. x Close valve. <br />✓ Breading Clog x Pull Filter Pan, Clean Filter Pan <br />x Check that the fryer is level. <br />✓ Paper Screen not there. x Check that filter screen is under the filter <br />paper. <br />✓ Filter Pump needs reset x Turn filter Pump Switch off. Push Red <br />Button on Back OR side of Fryer, reset will <br />click. Try pump again. If motor is hot, <br />allow 30 to 60 minutes to cool before <br />Page #36 <br />
