Yuen Tran
From: Yuen Tran
Sent: Monday,July 8, 2024 11:56 AM
To: JACKEYFYE16@GMAT L.COM
Subject: RE: B2405-063 Planning Correction Letter
Hello,
Thank you for submitting revisions for the proposed site work at 1806 1061h ST SW, permit number B2405-063.The
comments provided with the initial permit review have not been addressed. Although the site plan identifies 3 parking
spaces will be provided, the spaces have not been plotted on the site plan on a permitted durable surface. Please update
the site plan to clearly identify the setbacks and parking spaces to be provided.
The required off-street parking spaces may be provided in the garage however the proposed ramp appears to block the
entrance. If you are planning to use the garage as off-street parking, please update the site plan so the ramp does not
block the garage entrance.Aerial imagery indicates that the area to the west of the residence has been graveled without
permits. If this area will be utilized for off-street parking, please apply for a public works permit for this change.
It is not clear if the proposed ramp encroaches into the front setback. Please dimension the front setback on the site
plan for review. If the proposed ramp encroaches into the front setback please provide an elevation drawing as it can be
no higher than 42" above grade.
For reference, the residential construction submittal checklist is available online and includes the residential site plan
checklist. Re-submittal instructions are outlined here for building permits; please submit at minimum 2 copies of any
revised documents/plans. Resubmittal instructions for online applications are outlined here. If you have any Planning
related questions, please contact me directly via email and I'm happy to be of assistance. You may also reach me by
phone at 425-257-7280. For reference, the Unified Development Code is available online, here:
https://everett.municipal.codes/EMC/19.
These comments are only related to the land use code and do not account for all possible requirements from other
departments. For general permit questions, please contact Permit Services at PermitServices@everettwa.gov or
425.257.8810. In the meantime, this permit application is on hold for Planning until the requested revisions have been
received demonstrating compliance with the code and submittal checklists. Additional comments or corrections may be
required upon review of the requested information.
Best regards,
- Yuen Tran
Assistant Planner I Community, Planning& Economic Development
425.257.7280 13200 Cedar Street 2nd Fl., Everett, WA 98201
EVERETT everettwa.gov I Facebook I Twitter
Note: Emails and attachments sent to and from the City of Everett are public records and may be subject to disclosure pursuant to
the Public Records Act.
Category 2: For official use only/disclosure permissible by law.
1
