<br />and waste materials resulting from any such cleaning or servicing will be <br />collected and moved from the job site in accordance with all applicable laws and <br />regulations. Contractor will immediately notify City of any citations, orders or <br />warnings issued to or received by Contractor, or of which Contractor otherwise <br />becomes aware, which relate to any Hazardous Materials on the job site. <br />Without limiting any other indemnification provisions pursuant to law or <br />specified in this Contract, Contractor will indemnify, defend at Contractor's sole <br />cost with legal counsel approved by City and hold City harmless from and against <br />any and all such claims, demands, losses, damages, disbursements, liabilities, <br />obligations, fines, penalties, costs and expenses in removing or remediating the <br />effect of any Hazardous Materials on, under, from or about the job site, arising <br />out of or relating to, directly or indirectly, Contractor's failure to comply with any <br />of the requirements of Section 6.27. <br />Clean-up <br />6.22.16 At all times, and as may specifically be requested by the Project Manager, <br />the Contractor will clean-up and remove all refuse resulting from the Work in <br />order that the Project site remains free from an accumulation of construction <br />debris. Upon failure to do so within 24 hours after request by the Project <br />Manager, such clean-up Work may be done by the City and the cost be charged <br />to the Contractor and deducted from the Job Order Price. <br />6.22.17 Upon completion of the Work and before final inspection, the Contractor will <br />clean the entire Work premises occupied or used in connection with the Work of <br />all rubbish, surplus and discarded materials, false work, temporary structures, <br />equipment, and debris. The entire Work premises shall be left in a clean, neat, <br />and presentable condition. The Contractor will not remove warning, regulatory, <br />or guide signs prior to Final Completion Acceptance except as requested by the <br />Project Manager. <br />Protection of Work During Suspension <br />6.22.18 In preparation for and during any suspension of Work as provided in section <br />13.1, the Contractor will take every precaution to prevent damage to, or <br />deterioration of, the Work. Except as provided elsewhere in the Job Order, the <br />Contractor will be responsible for all damage or deterioration to the Work during <br />the period of suspension and shall, at its sole expense, correct or restore the <br />Work to a condition acceptable to the Project Manager prior to resuming Work. <br />A suspension of Work will not relieve the Contractor of any of its responsibilities <br />under the Job Order. <br />Notice and Detailed Breakdown of Claim <br />6.22.19 Notice. If unforeseen conditions or changes in the Work arise for which the <br />Contractor believes an equitable adjustment in time or money or any other <br />adjustment in Job Order Completion Time or Job Order Price is or will be due, the <br />Contractor will give the City immediate oral notice followed by written notice <br />within seven (7) calendar days of such event.
