Project Manager may authorize minor variations in the work from the
requirements of the Detailed Scope of work which do not involve an adjustment in
the Job Order Price or Job Order Completion Time and are consistent with the
overall intent of the Contract Documents. These may be accomplished by a Field
Order and will be binding on City, and also on Contractor who shall perform the
work involved promptly. If Contractor believes that a Field Order justifies an
increase in the Job Order Price or an extension of the Job Order Completion Time
and the parties are unable to agree as to the amount or extent thereof. The
Contractor may make a claim as provided in Article 10.
b. Project Manager's approval of a Shop Drawing or sample.
c.
