<br />Exhibit B - Compensation: <br />Payment for all work under Section II, B-E, shall be payable on a fixed price basis. The amount shall be $3,464.00 <br />per month. This payment shall be adjusted annually by the June-to-June CPI when the data becomes available. <br />Payment shall be made in accordance with the terms of the Contract. <br />The total cost of work performed under this scope shall not exceed $200,000.00. <br />Duration <br />The Agreement shall expire on December 31, 2028.
