The roof eaves project within 5 feet from the property line on the East and West sides of the <br /> property per the site plan. In those locations, one-hour construction is required on the <br /> underside of the eaves (see alternatives and exceptions provided in Table R302.1(1)). In most <br /> solutions, the soffit venting will not be permitted in the eaves in these locations and the roof <br /> venting should be relocated to an approved location. <br /> Structural <br /> 1. Braced wall lines should be identified on the construction drawings. R106.1.3 <br /> 11. See Sheet S-3, note 4. Plans should provide a detail of the ladder framing located at gable ends <br /> and specify any connections. <br /> 12. See Sheet S-3. A total wall length of 60 feet is shown on the <br /> calculations but only 26 feet of wall is shown on the plans. Braced wall line A should be updated <br /> to a wall length of 26 feet. <br /> This review has been performed for general compliance with the building codes as adopted and <br /> amended by the state of Washington and the city of Everett. Corrections and comments made <br /> during the review process do not relieve the project from compliance with code and permit <br /> requirements.
