Multiple <br /> comments have not been completely addressed and require additional action before a permit can <br /> be issued. Additional comments have also been included based on a review of the revised <br /> construction drawings. The comments are itemized for consistency with the original review letter. <br /> These comments address building issues only. Additional revisions or additions may be required by <br /> other departments including Public Works, Planning, and Fire. <br /> The resubmittal documents did not include an itemized review letter. A letter should be provided <br /> as requested per Item (a) below to clearly indicate how each comment has been addressed. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, the following documentation shall be <br /> submitted to Permit Services for review: <br /> a. Itemized letter addressing the comments provided below. <br /> b. Two complete sets of revised construction drawings. <br /> c. Two copies of supplemental structural calculations (if appliable). <br /> Submittal documents should contain sufficient information and detail to review the proposed project <br /> for compliance with the adopted building codes.
