1 it Twentieth d for the purpose of turning its cars, which loop is to be not less than twenty-eight feet center radius. ection 2 : The Company shall not be required to do 1 any paving or make any other improvements under this franchise 2 governing such track or loop except that the Company shall pave between its track and on one (1) foot each side of the 4 rails thereof so as to be level with the street at all street 5 intersections on Summit Avenue bewtween Twenty-third and Ten- 6 tteth Streets at the same time and with the same material the 7 city paves Sumait Avenue, and the Company shall fill with earth 8 and cover with slag between the rails between all street inter- 9 sections between Twenty-ghird Street and Twentieth Street so as 10 to be level with the pavement between the street intersections 11 ! between Twenty-third Street and Twentieth Street and the 12 Company shall construct and build the loop provided for in 13 Section 1 of this Ordinance on Twentyeti Street under the 14 direction, supervision and to the satisfacgion of the City 15 Engineer of the City of Everett, and providing further that 16 whenever the city paves the intersections of Twentieth Street 17 on Summit Avenue on which said loop is to be constructed and 18 ! built, the Company shall pave between the rails of said loop 19 and on one (1) foot of each side of saidrasils with the same 26 kind of material that the city paves said intersections and lay 21 the paving on said loop so it shall be on a level with the rails 22 and grade on said Twentieth Street and pay for the same. 23 Section 3 : The Company shall relay its tracks on 24 Summit Avenue from Everett Avenue to Twenty-third Street and 25 connect with the track provided for in Section 1 of this 26 Ordinance and the Company is hereby granted the right, 27 privilege and authority to construct, maintain and operate a 28 siding between Twenty-sixth S treet and Everett Avenue for the 29 30 .9 31
